The Origin
140 Agents. One Decision. A Different Kind of Growth.
In early 2019, RE/MAX Concepts was operating with 140 agents. Good, hardworking people — but without the operational infrastructure to grow intentionally.
Rather than hiring more agents and hoping for the best, the decision was made to build something different: a system. A documented, repeatable framework for recruiting, retention, and multi-office operations.
By 2024, RE/MAX Concepts had grown to over 500 agents across 22 offices. Not through luck or a hot market — through deliberate system design and relentless execution.
